Community BootCamp® provides our clients not only with improved fitness and physical health, but improved living and readiness to take on the world!

Each BootCamp session is four weeks long and meets Monday-Friday. Classes are one hour in length and include cardiovascular exercise, strength training, daily stretching, abdominal work, push-ups, and more.
